14-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be in its original condition and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used dog toys cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
Please note: Returns requested after the 14-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, including Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect our products to ensure quality. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery at support@dogballshopusa.com.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Free Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will be happy to provide a replacement free of charge, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
